About Beth Anne
Raised on a family farm on the outskirts of Magnolia, Arkansas, Beth Anne Rankin has been performing & speaking to audiences for more than 20 years. She is a 1989 Honor Graduate of Magnolia High School, attended Southern Arkansas University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ouachita Baptist University after being selected as the “Ouachitonian Outstanding Senior Woman.” Beth Anne served the state as Miss Arkansas 1994 and focused her platform on “Excellence in Youth” for which she was honored by the Arkansas State Legislature.
Following her year of service as Miss Arkansas, Beth Anne was chosen to be a featured entertainer with America’s Piano Showman, DINO, in Branson, Missouri. She performed in the Fall, Christmas & New Year’s Shows before returning to Arkansas to work with Governor Mike Huckabee in 1996.
During her years working with the governor at the Arkansas State Capitol, Beth Anne served in multiple capacities including liaison and policy adviser to the National Governors’ Association, the Southern Governors’ Association, the Council of State Governments, Southern Growth Policies Board, Capitol Hill & the White House. Under the direction of Governor Huckabee, Beth Anne also coordinated the Governor’s Summit on Economic Development and launched & chaired the state-wide effort in selection of the winning design for the Arkansas quarter.

A small business owner, Beth Anne founded Beth Anne Productions, Inc. in 1998 and later launched a full-time commitment in 2004 to her music, teaching & speaking company. She relocated to her hometown of Magnolia and created “Beth Anne Productions Teaching Studio” where she teaches both piano & voice in Magnolia. Her students have garnered college scholarships and have won awards in youth talent contests across the region & state. Beth Anne also speaks, teaches and performs at women’s conferences and ladies’ retreats throughout the region and state.
As a Nationally-Certified Teacher of Music (NCTM), Beth Anne is a member of the Arkansas State Music Teachers Association, the Music Teachers National Association, the National Federation of Music Clubs, and Magnolia Arts, where she volunteers & served as a board member for 5 years.

Beth Anne’s experience in community & volunteer involvement includes having served on the boards and/or committees of the Arkansas Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission, Arkansas Teen Challenge, the Daisy Gatson Bates Holiday Planning Committee, Magnolia Arts Council and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of Central Baptist Church, the international women’s education organization P.E.O., and an active volunteer with Locks of Love & the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Arkansas, where she has been touched by the inspiring lives of young Arkansans.
