iCivics!

According to the site, “iCivics is a web-based education project designed to teach students civics and inspire them to be active participants in our democracy. iCivics is the vision of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, who is concerned that students are not getting the information and tools they need for civic participation, and that civics teachers need better materials and support.”

icivics is a wonderful site that is user friendly and has incredible educational value.  You can visit icivics here. It has interactive games that promote democracy and teaches children about the Bill of Rights, the Supreme Court, the branches of government, all through fun, interactive activities that includes testing. It even has a parent or teachers section, forum, and more. And, it’s FREE!

FunSchool

Funschool is an awesome site that sneaks in educational games such as math, trivia, formula’s, craft videos, coloring pages, and a whole lot and more.
